Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide access where appropriate.
