At DÉSYNLUX, every piece is handcrafted to order with exceptional care and attention to detail. As each collectible is individually made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or there has been an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photographs of the item and any packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

As all DÉSYNLUX products are handcrafted and made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect colour or design selection

• Personal preference

• Custom or personalised orders

• Normal variations resulting from the handmade nature of our products

Minor variations in crystal placement, finish, or craftsmanship are part of the unique character of a handcrafted piece and are not considered defects.
