Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in crystal placement, finish, texture, or appearance may occur. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each handcrafted piece and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue, or improve any product at any time without prior notice.
2. BESPOKE & CUSTOM ORDERS
DÉSYNLUX offers bespoke and personalised commissions.
By placing a custom order, you confirm that all names, colours, design requests, and specifications provided are accurate.
Once production has commenced, custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our part.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required before production of your order begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraudulent activity, payment issues, or breaches of these Terms are suspected.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production times are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of each handcrafted piece.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
DÉSYNLUX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
5. REFUNDS & RETURNS
As every DÉSYNLUX piece is handcrafted specifically to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personalised products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by DÉSYNLUX, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
