DÉSYNLUX sells digital products only. No physical items will be shipped.

After completing your purchase, your digital product(s) will typically be delivered instantly through:

  • your order confirmation page,

  • or via email sent to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.


DELIVERY TIMES

Most digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. However, in some cases, delivery may take several minutes depending on:

  • payment processing,

  • system verification,

  • email provider delays,

  • or technical issues.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you experience issues accessing, downloading, or opening your files, contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Because all products sold by DÉSYNLUX are digital, we do not provide:

  • physical shipping,

  • tracking numbers,

  • delivery by mail or courier,

  • or shipping to physical addresses.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for issues caused by:
