DÉSYNLUX offers digital products, including but not limited to Shopify websites, Shopify themes, templates, branding kits, graphic assets, design resources, and related digital downloads.

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

2. License & Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases include a license for use by a single business or personal brand.

You may:

Use the purchased product for your own business or personal project.
Customize the product to suit your brand.
Use the product indefinitely after purchase.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files.
Claim the designs or templates as your own work.
Upload or distribute the files on marketplaces, websites, or file-sharing platforms.
Use our products to create competing products for resale unless a separate commercial license has been granted in writing.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license without refund.

3. Custom Design Services

For custom Shopify websites, branding, or other bespoke design services:

A project begins once payment or the agreed deposit has been received.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client communication and revision requests.
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in communication may extend project completion dates.

4. Revisions

Where revisions are included, they are limited to the number specified in your package or proposal.

Additional revisions or work requested outside the agreed project scope may incur additional fees.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout.

Payment must be received before digital products are delivered or services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DÉSYNLUX reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, website designs, branding materials, graphics, templates, written content, logos, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of DÉSYNLUX unless expressly transferred in writing.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it—it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

8. Client Content

You retain ownership of any logos, photographs, copy, or other materials you provide for custom projects.

By submitting content to DÉSYNLUX, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.

9. Limitation of Liability

DÉSYNLUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms such as Shopify or compatibility with future software updates, apps, or services beyond what is stated in the product description.

10. Product Updates

Unless specifically stated, purchases do not include lifetime updates or ongoing support.

Any future updates or new versions may be offered separately at our discretion.

11. Support

We are happy to assist with genuine product issues and installation questions where support is included.

Support does not include extensive customization, coding changes, marketing advice, or third-party software troubleshooting unless otherwise agreed.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

13. Changes to These Terms

14. Governing Law
